Tricon is owned by three partners, each of whom is an experienced consulting professional with direct experience in all of our areas of core competency.
Roxanne Becker brings over twenty five years experience in the IT industry to Tricon.
With a passion for project management, Roxanne has managed a wide range of projects, from
small complex technology projects to large international implementations. Roxanne thrives
helping clients get troubled projects back on track, often through a focus on communications
and teamwork.
Roxanne is a wife and mother of two teenage girls and enjoys golf, downhill skiing and relaxing at the lake; she is also a board member of Calgary based, Children Without Poverty.
Christi Marcine's passion for customer service is highlighted in her experience in Project Coordination,
Training, Quality Assurance and Communications. She believes in "going above and beyond" to make a
difference and leave a lasting impression for Tricon's clients and consultants. As a partner of Tricon
Solutions, Christi brings over fifteen years of direct experience in the IT industry and as a private
business owner.
Christi's favorite roles are wife and mom. She is her sons' biggest fan at the hockey rink and her daughter's companion for tea parties. She works closely with the PMI Board on the Sponsorship Committee and is also a mentor in the Haskayne Mentorship Program.
Deborah Turnbull has over twenty five years experience in IT, and close to twenty years
experience in project and people management. Deb has a keen interest in building a team of top
notch project consultants who share the same philosophy of quality and customer service. Deb
enjoys working with clients and the Tricon Team to help make their goals, and the goals of their
clients, a reality. Deb looks forward to continued successes for both Tricon and her clients.
Deb is a "wanna be" eternal world traveler (work & home commitments get in the way from time to time). She is active in numerous charitable organizations and has four grown step children.

Leonard Wiens has held senior IT leadership positions with a large O&G including a Project Management Office,
Portfolio Management Office, Enterprise & Solution Architecture, Information Security & Governance, and IT Operational teams.
Prior to his O&G industry experience, Leonard held a Management role with a Big Four professional services firm within their
Consulting / Advisory practice focusing on Information Security, Governance, IT Re-organization, and Controls / Internal
Audit assignments. Leonard has been recognized for developing an industry leading IT Investment Portfolio Management process.
Leonard also specializes in business and technology architecture planning and implementation.
Leonard spends considerable time each month in community volunteer work and has been a guest speaker at the University of Calgary, ITSMF and ISACA. The rest of his free time is spent with his wife backpacking in and around the Canadian Rockies in Alberta & BC.
